one last post for this week and it´s going to be a recipe – so prepare to be hungry after this:
My favorite salad:
– romaine and arugula salad (or any dark leafy green salad)
– 1/2 avocado
– cherrytomatoes as many as you like
– red bell pepper
– green olives
– in my dairy times I had 1/2 mozzarella cheese or feta, these days I am having a hard boiled egg
– season with himalaya salt, pepper and garlic powder
For the actual dressing I love the ones from Vom Fass – they have organic vinegars like mango, cassis, pomegranate and – my fave – date vinegar, which gives this tasty treat a lightly sweet touch. Additionally I like their oils as well. My favorites are their Omega 3-6-9 oil as well as the pistachio oil and most recently I fell in love with hazelnut oil.
This is my favorite go-to meal if I don´t want to cook or have a smoothie and I like that I can switch the veggies and vinegars however I like! Enjoy!
